City Ordinance No. 2020 – 166

An Ordinance imposing penalties to all person/s and or business establishment/s who shall violate the guidelines on MECQ issued under Executive Order 18, Series of 2020 on CURFEW HOURS, LIQUOR BAN, MASS GATHERING, BUSINESS/EMPLOYMENT REGULATIONS, FACE MASK, PHYSICAL DISTANCING, AUTHORIZED PERSONS OUTSIDE OF RESIDENCE and TRICYCLE PASSENGER in the Science City of Muñoz.

For Individuals:

FIRST AND SUBSEQUENT OFFENSES – Fine of Php1,000.00 or imprisonment of one (1) day upon the discretion of the court.In the case of a minor offender, the penalty of Php1,000.00 shall be charged to his/her parent or guardian

For Establishments:

FIRST AND SUBSEQUENT OFFENSES – Fine of Php5,000.00 or one (1) year imprisonment upon the discretion of the court to be imposed on the proprietor or manager, as the case may be.
